This is Miss Katie, one of our many wonderful Jalapa neighbors who has truly become family over the last few years! James has done lots of work for her on the side and when he mentioned what he was thinking about starting, she immediately said, “I’ll take three!”

We didn’t even have all our machinery yet, but she had that much faith in us! Since then she’s already put in another order!
